He has received numerous awards, including top senior manager accolades in the Financial & BPO corporate sector as well as recognition in the gospel music industry.
Throughout his career, Richard has founded and led several organizations, including RICHBOY Entertainment, which he established in 1992. He is passionate about mentoring and developing new talent, whether in the music and entertainment industry or among young business professionals.
An accomplished musician, singer, and songwriter, Richard holds a Music Performance degree and is an ordained and licensed Minister. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, restoring old furniture, martial arts, and creating healthy recipes and spice rubs.
